Sydney Willis

For this creative photography project, I chose to represent a concept I’ve found to be fascinating when interpreted through visual arts, that concept being the seven deadly sins: Envy, Greed, Lust, Pride, Sloth, Gluttony, and Wrath. I have done work based around the “seven deadly sins” concept in the past, mostly writing, however I had never tried it with photography before, and I wanted to see how I could incorporate my own interpretation of the sins through portrait photography. With the help of my friends and a lot of makeup and lighting, these were my final result.
