In these images I adress the tension, chemistry or atmosphere that materializes from the interpersonal relationships in a moment. I wanted to explore this concept because the global pandemic has made me more aware of the potency of the tension created by occupying the same space as other people. These images don’t impose a native, but explore the tension created by events. I costumed and directed an existing quarantine pod for my subjects. I mainly suggesting pre-existing arguments to reenact with straight faces. The primary goal was to capture glimpses of authenticity and then through curation and juxtaposition compose those glimpses into intense moments of tension.
